Role Overview
The Senior Channel Engagement Manager is responsible for strategizing, overseeing, and executing initiatives that engage and empower our channel partners within the Commercial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement both short- and long-term channel strategies that drive growth and engagement.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Plan and execute tradeshow activities and digital marketing strategies, establishing success metrics to measure sales growth.

Collaboration and Process Optimization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify target audience segments and develop effective value propositions.
- Regularly analyze channel marketing performance metrics to assess progress and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Generate comprehensive reports to communicate insights and outcomes to stakeholders.

Leadership and Team Development
- Lead a team of channel marketing professionals, providing direction and support to foster a culture of excellence.
- Design and implement partner enablement programs, including training and marketing collateral, to equip partners for success.

Brand Consistency
- Ensure all communication materials maintain consistent branding and messaging to enhance brand recognition.
- Streamline processes for creating communication materials to be utilized across various teams.

E-Commerce and Digital Strategy
- Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance awareness across social media and email channels.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize online content, improving the shopping experience and conversion rates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience managing partners and executing marketing initiatives in a B2B context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
