Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Applications Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Northeast region. In this role, you will work closely with territory managers and customers to identify technical challenges and develop innovative solutions to enhance equipment productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Spend approximately 40% of time working remotely from a home office and 60% traveling to onsite locations within Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
  • Collaborate with plant teams to diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions on the plant floor.
  • Work closely with territory managers to address customer needs and provide technical expertise.
  • Utilize our product portfolio to resolve customer challenges, with opportunities to collaborate with the design team for customized solutions.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and support to customers via phone and email when not traveling.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions and demonstrating the value of our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong technical aptitude with expertise in bearings or related products preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time within the specified region.
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
