Digital Marketing Manager
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Ergodyne, you'll report to the VP of Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence. You'll collaborate with the whole marketing team, external partners, and cross-functional teams to drive our brand's digital strategy, enhancing our online presence and digital channels. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning our digital initiatives with overall business goals.
You have already accomplished (required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of skilled digital marketers
- 2+ years of experience in directing feature enhancements on an ecommerce platform
- 5+ years’ experience with digital marketing or performance marketing: SEO, SEM, Email, Social Media
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation systems (Dotdigital preferred)
- Experience with ecommerce (Drupal), PIM (Salsify), and CRM (Netsuite) systems
Addendum:
- Management: Lead and motivate the digital marketing team to achieve exceptional performance. Collaborate with various departments to align digital strategies with overall business objectives. Oversee partnerships and manage relationships with vendors to enhance digital tools and platforms.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute impactful email marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing leaders, aimed at product launch awareness and thought leadership. Employ segmentation and nurturing strategies to progress leads towards sales, ensuring integration with Dotdigital and Netsuite CRM for data coherence.
- Social Media Strategy: Partner with the Content Director to devise and execute organic and paid social media strategies. Enhance brand visibility and user engagement while supporting broader marketing goals through targeted advertising campaigns.
- SEO Management: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Monitor and optimize website performance through Google Search Console and Ahrefs. Identify and resolve technical issues in partnership with the web developer affecting search engine rankings.
- SEM Strategy: Implement and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase online visibility and lead generation. Manage and/or work with a partner on building out Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis. Implement and optimize PPC campaigns to drive qualified traffic and engagement.
- Website Management: Spearhead the website's creative vision, focusing intently on crafting an engaging user experience. Collaborate seamlessly with UX designers and web developers to refine the site's aesthetics and functionality, enhancing user interaction and engagement rates. Oversee the strategic development and optimization of landing pages for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and user expectations. Prioritize SEO best practices to maximize visibility and effectiveness.
- User Experience (UX): Assist UX designer in strategies to optimize impact of new product launches and website experiences, ensuring alignment with customer journeys, market trends and competitive benchmarks.
- Analytics and Reporting: Gathers and analyzes digital metrics to understand the impact of our efforts and recommend ways to optimize digital channels. Build and optimize how we’re collecting data and able to produce insights faster. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and schedule quarterly reviews with all marketing leaders to discuss and make data-driven recommendations.
- Budgeting: Manage the digital marketing budget and negotiate contracts, ensuring organizational alignment and cost-effectiveness.
- Innovation and AI: Drive digital innovation and exploration by testing and evaluating new technologies and artificial intelligence (AI).
