Strategy / Marketing Visual & Motion Designer

Multi Image Group (MIG) is a leader in creating experiential live meetings, exhibitions and interactive experiences. We are seeking applicants for a junior to mid-level Visual & Motion Designer position to work with the Chief Creative Officer and the Media & Interactive Department.


This is an in-person role, that requires a daily commute to our Headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a full-time position with a starting hourly rate of $25-30/hour. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of select creative projects and will collaborate with various departments to develop and execute visual concepts that align with our brand and project goals. Ensuring the highest quality of visual output is of the utmost importance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on creating visual elements for marketing, sales, and strategy to elevate MIG brand presence and awareness
  • Work closely with Chief Creative Officer on a daily basis
  • Template based editing and animation
  • Create designs and presentations for internal and external marketing needs, as well as for potential business (e.g. proposal work)
  • Ensure visual elements are consistent with the brand's identity and message
  • Review final designs, layouts, and visual content prior to submissions, confirming high-quality standards
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and production, to ensure cohesive and integrated final products
  • Implement visual strategies that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into projects


Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Background in graphic art / design and Animation / Video Editing; Associate’s degree or higher in graphic design is a plus
  • Must be computer proficient in both Mac and PC platforms; Office 365 is a must
  • Candidate will have a mid-level of expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Must have high-level of expertise in PowerPoint & Keynote
  • Must be savvy in template-based animation and editing; Adobe Premier & After Effects experience a plus
  • Web and Interactive design skills
  • Experience working with a company brand and understanding their guidelines
  • Print Design output knowledge experience a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task (both to a single project and multiple projects), manage priorities, and deliver work on/before deadline
  • Stellar time management skills a must; quick turn around times
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to take creative direction and feedback and ‘run with it’
  • Strong sense of urgency and flexible attitude
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment while having the ability to take direction and work independently
