THE ROLE

We are seeking a Manager of Social Media and Influencer Marketing with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in driving social media strategies that align with our clients' overall marketing objectives. In this position, you will plan, develop, and execute content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, X), leveraging data and analytics to continuously enhance social engagement. A key focus will be leading influencer marketing campaigns, where you will identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify our clients' brand differentiators and extend their reach to new audiences. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Social Media Strategy: Implement and refine our organic social media strategies to grow audiences and drive engagement for our clients.
  • Influencer Marketing Leadership: Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, identifying key influencers who align with our clients' brand values, and managing these relationships to drive impactful results.
  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business priorities, along with a monthly editorial and weekly content review.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze engagement metrics and performance data to inform content strategy and editorial decisions.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling, on-brand content that resonates with current audiences while attracting new ones.
  • Client Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing regular updates on social media and influencer campaign performance.
  • Collaborative Content Production: work closely with the social media team to produce authentic, engaging videos and content that highlight key brand differentiators.
  • Brand Consistency and Compliance: Ensure all social media initiatives adhere to company and client business policies, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content creators, to deliver high-quality social media content.
  • Campaign Budgeting: Oversee social media and influencer campaign budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Platform Management: Manage and enhance the brand's presence across all social platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
  • Meta-Ads: Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) is an asset and will be valuable in enhancing campaign performance and reach.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Social Media 
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management and content development, preferably within an agency or consumer-facing industry.
  • Strong experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to drive brand growth.
  • A passion for social media and a deep understanding of its power to build brand recognition.
  • Experience with Meta Ads is an asset
  • Proven ability to create innovative content that generates engagement and buzz.
  • Ability to develop and implement social media strategies that attract and engage new audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing abilities.
  • Experience presenting clear, compelling reports and strategies to stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in team-oriented environments, and building strong relationships.
  • Creative thinking and an eye for design excellence.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.


This is a hybrid role, based in our Boca Raton, FL office. Candidates must be within driving distance and comfortable with a schedule of 2 days per week in the office.
