eCommerce Site Manager/ Director

Marrakech is a travel inspired lifestyle better contemporary womenswear brand. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ecommerce site manager, who will be responsible for online shop growth and development, online marketing, content, merchandising, photoshoots, and social media. Looking for a highly organized, motivated and creative individual who will create all aspects of web and social content.

Contemporary Womenswear and photoshoot experience a plus. Shopfiy experience a must.

Responsibilities

  • Work with management of day-to-day website updates inclusive of homepage, editorial content, and merchandising updates to ensure efficient and accurate execution
  • Execute comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand growth: email marketing, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and organic/community marketing.
  • Manage web assets on Shopify CMS (creative, copy, product imagery, pricing et.) and complete QA process before pushing live
  • Maintain and execute online social and email calendar. Includes posting across social channels per brand guidelines, designing emails campaigns to drive increased conversion and revenue
  • Establish initiatives with ecomm team to monitor shop growth and product promotions to optimize visits and purchasing
  • Work directly with the planning and fulfillment teams to manage and maintain accuracy of inventory levels, including sold out or late arriving styles
  • Assist with other retail channels when needed
  • Troubleshoot site issues
  • Coordinate and schedule fashion product photoshoots --both on site (lifestyle) and in studio, as well as social media content

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have experience in ecommerce, social media marketing, and merchandising.
  • Able to manage multiple projects with constant attention to detail – work prioritization, planning and task delegation
  • Team player who thrives in small start-up and fast paced environments; is also a self-starter, with the ability to act autonomously
  • Adept with Shopify CMS, Facebook/Instagram, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop/Lightroom, Microsoft Office, LTK, and Mailchimp.
  • Flexible, adaptable and ready to take on new projects, pending business needs
  • 3-4 days per week required in the office/ 1-2 days per week remote.
