Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Engage with potential travelers to understand their vacation preferences budget and requirements.
  • Destination Expertise: Stay informed about various resorts and travel destinations to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Booking Coordination: Assist clients in the booking process ensuring seamless arrangements for accommodation transportation and activities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and resort partners to enhance service delivery.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote travel packages and resort offerings.
  • Travel Research: Conduct thorough research on destinations resorts and travel trends to provide uptodate information to clients.
  • Problem Solving: Address any client concerns or issues that arise during the planning or travel process.


RequirementsQualifications:
  • Previous experience in travel coordination customer service or sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using travel booking systems and technology.
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of various destinations.
