We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our startup team. As a Marketing Specialist at S'more, you will play an important role in driving our growth through strategic marketing initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to shape our brand's narrative and expand our reach through various channels, including brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and other innovative campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects to support S'more's growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Identify and pursue strategic brand partnerships to enhance our brand positioning and reach.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions to drive innovation within the marketing team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in marketing, preferably within a startup or tech environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
