We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Management: Maintain and customize Salesforce applications to support our business processes, including user management, security settings, workflows, and other administrative tasks.
  • User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users are maximizing the system's capabilities.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity and ensure data accuracy by performing regular data audits, imports, and cleaning. Implement data governance policies to maintain data quality.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce features and functionality, including creating and modifying custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Process Automation: Design and implement process automation using Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to streamline business operations.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Release Management: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Manage the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with internal and external data protection regulations. Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including configuration, data management, and process automation. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with third-party Salesforce tools and applications.
