Multifamily Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle
  • Manage project budget, schedule, and documentation
  • Create subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Develop scope and RFQ packages for subs and suppliers
  • Provide status reports to stakeholders


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience managing 150+ unit ground up multifamily projects
  • Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling software required
  • Experience with Procore preferred
  • Ability to read construction plans and specifications is required
  • Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
