Job Summary:
Ridgeback's AM Law 100 client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their reputable Boston office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate law and have extensive experience handling a wide range of real estate transactions and litigation matters. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong focus on transactional work and litigation.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and real estate software.
