Must Haves:

4+ years of break/fix experience

Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System

Familiarity with office suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), email clients, and web browsers

Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

Ability to listen attentively and understand user issues to provide accurate support

A focus on providing excellent service, including patience, empathy, and professionalism

Strong documentation skills
