Role Overview:

As a Capital Markets Associate, you will be instrumental in:

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Washington State Bar.
  • 2-7 years of experience in capital markets, with a strong background in handling sophisticated securities transactions in a top-tier law firm or equivalent legal setting.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
