An executive presence with industry experience, proven success in a #1 or #2 finance role with longevity, a CPA, and PE owned company(s) will be key here.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide CEO with Strategic Financial Outlook
  • Consolidations of Financials
  • Executive Presentation
  • Develop/Maintain Relationships with Board, Other Stakeholders
  • Banking Relationships
  • Lead Accounting, Finance, IT, Procurement Departments
  • Post Acquisition Process/Accounting/Finance/Software Integration
  • Review of Cost, Pricing, FP&A, GL Accounting Aspects
  • Drive Relationships with Heads of Various Departments
  • Ensure US & Canadian Tax Filings

Requirements:

  • CPA
  • 15+ years’ experience required, ideally at a mid-large sized industrial services & manufacturing firm
  • Proven success in financial leader/co-leader position
  • Private equity owned business experience
  • Acquisition Integration experience
  • Foundation in public accounting
