What You'll Do as a Member Support Specialist (Medical Receptionist)
  • Ensure a positive in-office patient experience through patient intake, scheduling, billing, and monitoring patient feedback
  • Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and administrative tasks
  • Contribute to team development and problem-solving
  • Utilize technology tools effectively to communicate with team members and complete daily tasks
  • Assist in office upkeep and maintenance

This is a full-time role based in Tucson, AZ, working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
