We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team, serving patients across a variety of settings within the Allina Health Group.

*Job Summary:*

16 bed Specialty Care Unit, patients managed by hospitalists, 1:3 RN/patient ratios, 1 NA and 1 PCT on per shift. Patient populations include simple sepsis, DKA, pain management, respiratory failure (Bipap and short-term ventilator, < 48 hour), CHF, HTN, MI with no interventions, withdrawal management, renal failure (hemodialysis), conscious sedation management and vasopressor management, strokes with no interventions

*Required Qualifications *
* Associate's or Vocational degree required
* Tier 1: One year substance abuse or Mental Health experience required
* Tier 2: One year med-surg experience required

*Licenses/Certifications*
* Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required if working in state of MN upon hire / WI Department of Safety & Professional Services required if working in the state of WI upon hire
* Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:
