We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team, serving patients across a variety of settings within the Allina Health Group.

This unique department is a specialty group comprised of highly skilled experts that support patient care throughout the hospital.

As a *Float Pool Registered Nurse* you will provide care to patients in all medical, surgical, oncology, and specialty care units that include Cardiac/Telemetry, Adult Mental Health, Geriatric Mental Health, Chemical Dependency, as well as the opportunity to train and provide care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit and the Emergency Department.

*Required Qualifications:*
* Associate's or Vocational degree
* *Tier 1: *1+ year med/surg/tele experience in acute care setting
* *Tier 2: *6+ months med/surg experience in acute care setting
* *Tier 3: *Will consider transitional care unit experience, long term care experience and new RN Graduate

*Licenses/Certifications:*
* Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required if working in state of MN upon hire
* Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:
◦ Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
◦ Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
◦ Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)
* Additional certifications may be needed at certain sites:
◦ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
◦ Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS)
◦ Pediatric Emergency Assessment & Stabilization (PEARS)
