We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, VA. Job Description As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and generate measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve results. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns Campaign Development & Execution: Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to uncover insights, optimize ROI, and inform future strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with AI, engineering, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and project milestones. Content Creation & Management Content Development: Assist in creating and managing digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website materials. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing communications maintain consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity. Thought Leadership Support: Contribute to the creation and promotion of thought leadership materials that highlight RTS's expertise in AI, data, and innovation. Digital Marketing & Optimization Marketing Tools & Automation: Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms to manage campaigns, track performance, and automate workflows. SEO & Analytics: Support SEO initiatives, website optimization, and analytics tracking to improve visibility and engagement. Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity within the AI and tech space. Required Skills & Experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities. Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar tools preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent productivity tools. A passion for innovation, storytelling, and bringing brand experiences to life. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or related marketing roles. Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, campaign management, and content creation.
