Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to new hires and annual training needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stringent safety standards.
  • Effectively manage departmental budget and procure training materials, optimizing resources to enhance the efficiency and impact of our training initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers, supervisors, and stakeholders involved in employee development efforts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of employee development events, including scheduling, coordination, and evaluation, while also serving as a backup for safety training sessions when necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably hold an associate degree or possess equivalent academic background, experience, or training.
  • Proven track record in developing training programs and SOPs within a manufacturing environment, with a keen focus on promoting safety practices.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities to effectively convey training materials to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in utilizing various multimedia training platforms and methodologies to engage and educate employees effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, research, design, and implement tailored training solutions, with a comprehensive understanding of safety standards and regulations.
