Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Ads Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of how to engage audiences through paid social media campaigns. As a Junior Social Media Ads Manager, you will focus on boosting posts and driving engagement across various social media platforms as well as learn from the best in the business.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media advertising strategies to increase engagement and boost posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media ad campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure that ad creatives are engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Manage the daily execution of social media ad campaigns and boosts, including budget management, audience targeting, and ad placement.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising and platform updates.
  • Assist in the creation of ad copy and visual content for social media campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and strategies.
  • Provide support for other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in social media advertising or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective ad formats (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience with social media ad management tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, Sprout Social).
  • Knowledge of Agency Analytics is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
