Responsibilties:

Supervision and Leadership

:o Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates

.o Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff

.o Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations

.Warehouse Operations

:o Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products

.o Ensure accurate inventory management and perform regular cycle counts

.Regulatory Compliance and Safety

:o Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulation

so Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse policies and procedures

.Continuous Improvement

:o Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement effective solutions
