Marketing Intern

Primary Duties: The Marketing Intern’s role is to support the Marketing department.


Responsibilities

·        Promotional merchandise – assist in organization and budgeting for promotional store inventory

·        Print literature management – assist in organizing printed material inventory, digital files, and tracking revisions to updated literature

·        Organizing Hyundai’s DAM (digital asset library) through Google Drive and mobile phone sales app/website

·        CRM management – update contact lists and spreadsheets, organize lists in Constant Contact

·        Website data feed organization – reformat price list spreadsheets to prepare data feeds for new website and mobile app

·        Assist with special training events (as needed)



Skills:

•      Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience

•      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results.

•      Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills


Other duties: 

Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the manager from time to time.

Work environment and other requirements:

The work environment is a non-smoking office environment. No heavy lifting required. Mostly sitting with computer and phone usage. Accommodation can be made for handicapped employees. Travel only on an “as needed” basis. Driver’s license required.
