The HR Manager will play a crucial role within our client’s organization and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources. This role ensures the proper implementation of company strategies and objectives through effective HR management, which includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.


HR Manager Responsibilities :

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Nurturing a positive working environment and promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, conduct salary benchmarking, and develop competitive compensations packages.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to upper management based on HR analytics.


HR Manager Skills:

HR Manager Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role in a manufacturing environment.
