Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated beauty focused individual to join our team. As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for working with the Business Development team on New Product Development, Licensing Projects, Retail and overall project coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist team with setting up new customer accounts
- Work with team to guide product development projects from start to finish
- Catalog new product samples that come in and work with team to test products with hair stylists and internal team members
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products
- Utilize email etiquette to ensure professional and courteous interactions with our retail and licensing partners
- Communicate with internal team and vendors via email to resolve any issues that may arise
- Coordinate and send out sample requests
- Assist Sales and Marketing team as needed.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Works well in a group environment
- Self-starter who has the ability to push projects forward
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with professional customer interactions
Full Time: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Hourly: $22 Per Hour
