Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair macOS & iOS devices
  • Communicate with Apple for efficient repairs
  • Field incoming service calls.
  • Manage parts and service documentation and update in our service repair order management system
  • Communicate with customers regularly (diagnosis, solutions, options, ready for pick-up, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation


Required Skills:

  • Mac OS and iOS experience
  • Responsive, attentive to detail, and able to communicate effectively.
  • Desire to work within a team, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent technology problem solving skills and ability to stay current on best solutions.
  • Certified or desire to become certified in Mac OS, iOS and other hardware. Training will be provided.
  • Flexible individual who can adapt to various tasks and provide coverage for additional retail roles as needed.


Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience performing Apple service.
  • Apple Certifications.
  • Experience with Ethernet/Wireless networks.
  • On-site support capabilities.
