Job Summary: As a Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and creating comprehensive plans for all goods being produced. You will ensure that all production processes are aligned with company goals, deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained. This role requires strong collaboration with the Production Manager and other key stakeholders to guarantee seamless production and development processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Development Planning: Organize and create detailed plans for all goods being produced, ensuring alignment with company goals, costings, and objectives.
  • Communication & Meetings: Set and communicate deadlines, and organize required meetings to discuss production needs and deliverables effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Manager to oversee the production of all goods, ensuring that all processes are on track and aligned with company standards.
  • System Creation: Develop and implement systems to track the development process, provide accurate costing, and maintain quality control throughout the production cycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all goods produced meet the company’s quality standards and are delivered on time.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within clothing.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
