The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Field Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our presence at industry conferences. This role is integral to driving additional opportunities and engagement through event sponsorship, networking, and post-conference follow-up. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and deliver a powerful experience for potential clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities


• Identify and recommend key conferences aligned with Avant-garde Health’s strategic objectives.

• Manage all logistical aspects of conference attendance and sponsorship, including registration, booth setup, and promotional materials.

• Plan and execute pre-conference outreach and targeted event marketing to ensure engagement with key prospects.

• Organize special events, dinners, or meetings during conferences to enhance our visibility and foster relationships with potential clients.

• Set up meetings with key decision-makers and ideal prospective customers prior to conferences to maximize on-site engagement.

• Lead post-conference follow-up efforts, ensuring timely and effective communication with new connections to convert leads into opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding at all events.


Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Event Planning, or related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in event management, conference planning, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.

• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end logistics for conferences and events.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with executive-level prospects.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in event management tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
