Responsibilities:
The Closing File Specialist will be responsible for:
- Performing loan packages follow up
- Tracking and reviewing findings responses
- Maintaining quality control review documentation
- Performing legal documents verification
- Reviewing loan packages and closing and legal documents
- Completing various QA reviews
Skills/ Competencies:
The ideal Closing File Specialist will possess these skills:
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years real estate law firm paralegal experience or equivalent experience in mortgage document review, title review, or related
- Knowledgeable of property vesting and ownership, title work, and liens
- Strong attention to detail
