Procurement Specialist

ARDEX Americas is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to support the procurement function for assigned categories and materials. The ideal candidate will develop and implement category strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement process, analyzing market conditions, and establishing lead times, re-order points, and safety stock levels. They will also issue purchase orders, support negotiations, and manage supplier relationships to enhance value to the organization.

The Procurement Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities. They will also develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of import supply chain processes from purchase order through final delivery.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in business or supply management, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft programs. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
