This position at the Family Office is of utmost importance for the principles and their family and frequent guests.

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH.

This role demands exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, the highest level of discretion, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence. Must be flexible and be ready to pivot when necessary.

When the Principles are in New York 3-4 months out of the year, the typical schedule is six days a week, working 9:00 AM until dismissed at end of day. The typical hours when the Principles are away are generally five days a week from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, however must be readily available for special events or transportation if needed during off hours.

Full benefits, 401K matching up to 5%, four weeks’ vacation.


Responsibilities

  • Anticipate the Principle's needs and ensure all systems are set up properly in advance.
  • Serve daily coffee, occasionally cook light breakfasts. Assist cooks with meal preparation, and dining services, grocery shopping.
  • Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Responsible for casual drop-in visitors to events

Provide guest services – from bartending, serving, table settings, table service and assist with dinner preparation and cleanup as required.

  • Knowledge of kosher foods a plus
  • Assist housekeepers with various duties including beds, cleaning floors.
  • Ensure in advance that the residence and guest suites are always prepared for guests.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events and special occasions held in the residences; oversee caterers. Must be present at parties hosted by the principals or family members; assist in kitchen with closing duties.
  • Oversee floral arrangements at all residences and floral centerpieces for special events.
