You will analyze current IAM processes, identify deficiencies or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Additionally, you will conduct system testing to ensure accuracy and performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance for IAM Processes: Perform secondary quality assurance for joiner, mover, and leaver processes. Conduct rigorous testing to ensure compliance with Information Technology General Controls and standards.
  • Access Provisioning: Conduct secondary quality assurance for access provisioning to detect over-permission cases and ensure compliance with the Principle of Least Privilege.
  • User and Access Certifications: Perform secondary quality assurance for user and access certifications, identifying potential human errors, inaccuracies, and bugs.
  • IAM Controls Support: Understand and support IAM general controls.
  • Test Case Development: Create test cases and execute them to report success or failure for upgrades, workflows, and reports.
  • Defect Reporting: Identify and report defects found during testing.
  • Documentation: Record methodologies, procedures, and findings in a comprehensive written format.
  • Deficiency Prevention and Resolution: Play a critical role in supporting the closure and prevention of deficiencies, conducting self-assessments, automated assessments, and resolving identified issues.
  • Audit Support: Provide timely support for internal and external audit requests and comply with appropriate remediation as required.
  • Regulatory and Policy Compliance: Understand and adhere to the Principle of Least Privilege, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), segregation of duties, policies, regulatory requirements, and standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with staff and management from various departments to communicate quality assurance results and address potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university/college.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in audit or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) areas, including risk management, control, and compliance within the financial or consultancy industries.
