Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate Quality Standards: Ensure that all stakeholders, including business partners, field staff, and project managers, understand and adhere to our quality standards and values.
  • Quality Assurance Systems: Support the use of internal quality assurance systems and tools to prepare reports detailing compliant and non-compliant conditions.
  • Contract Review: Analyze contract documents and construction drawings to identify unique quality concerns and ensure compliance.
  • Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to support operations and make recommendations for corrective action.
  • Documentation: Ensure that field operations and reporting are properly documented and maintained.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in staff, team, or quality committee meetings to foster quality efforts and report on quality trends or issues.
  • Client Relationships: Develop robust relationships with internal and external clients, including owners, business partners, and third-party consultants.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to field personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, plus 1 year of work experience supporting key position responsibilities, or equivalent combination of education and/or construction quality-related work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner. Proficient in MS Office and formal presentation skills. Ability to read drawings, specifications, building codes, and other technical product and material data.
  • Soft Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide mentorship and guidance to field personnel.
