In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial assets, and will be responsible for optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong banking relationships both domestic and overseas. Responsibilities include overseeing daily treasury operations, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in treasury management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.

Banking Relationships: Maintain and nurture relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure favorable terms and services.

Cash Management: Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and investment activities.

Payment Processing: Review and approve electronic payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and other disbursements.

Treasury Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce treasury policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate treasury processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into cash management strategies.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and other regulatory standards related to treasury operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is highly desirable.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate treasury management or related field.

Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking products, and cash management techniques.

Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and treasury management systems.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position based in Orange County or Long Beach.

Travel may be required occasionally for meetings with banking partners or industry conferences.
