Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will lead key brand and integrated marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on supporting the marketing & brand transition of new companies via M&A and leading regional and seasonal cross-channel marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities will include helping broader marketing initiatives including communications, PR, and our annual sales kickoffs.


Key Responsibilities:

● Campaign Marketing

● Support development of seasonal and regional marketing campaigns, focusing on how brand creative and messaging comes to life

● Collaborate with our service line leadership to define positioning, messaging and differentiation strategy.

● Oversee the development and execution of seasonal and regional ad campaigns across various channels with digital media and growth team

● Assist in developing and executing strategies to increase customer retention and upsell

● Adjust brand strategy based on campaign performance and ROI

● Lead market research and customer surveys to guide marketing strategy

● Build relationships with key partners throughout the organization, especially at our local branches, to inform ongoing planning and business/brand alignment

● Develop and provide quarterly campaign marketing reporting

● Manage brand strategy for new partners (M&A branches) to ensure a seamless transition into our platform

● Adjust marketing strategies as needed to ensure successful integration and performance.

● Communications and Support

● Contribute to the creation and maintenance of self-service marketing tools – we want to enable our branches to self-serve as much as possible in order to ensure we can scale efficiently

● Promote the brand internally, ensuring all branches understand and align with our brand values and messaging

● Manage the production of brand assets, ensuring timely and relevant content, cost-efficient and timely production

● Coordinate PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation

● Write and edit press releases

● Assist with budget management and planning

● Work closely with a team of freelance writers and photographers


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree.

● 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand and integrated marketing.

● Experience in multi-location businesses and field-based businesses a big plus

● Proven track record of managing successful cross-channel marketing campaigns.

● Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives

● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
