So, what does a Silvi Materials Marketing Manager, do? You'll be an integral part of our marketing team:

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Positioning and Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and refine brand positioning strategies to establish Silvi Materials as a household name.
  • Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and market segments.

Corporate Partnership Management:

  • Lead our corporate partnership with the Philadelphia Eagles, ensuring alignment with brand values and maximizing exposure opportunities.

Digital Marketing Management:

  • Oversee social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate with third-party partners to design creatives, manage website development, and enhance SEO strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain analytics reports across multiple platforms, extracting key insights to inform future campaign development.
  • Develop formal proposals and recommendations for marketing tactics based on data-driven insights.

Sales and Lead Nurturing Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to refine lead-nurturing tactics and drive web traffic.

Website Management:

  • Ensure the Silvi Materials website is updated with relevant content that aligns with brand objectives and enhances user experience.

Public Relations and Event Management:

  • Manage PR initiatives, ensuring Silvi Materials' story is effectively communicated in industry publications.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for corporate and community events, aligning strategies with brand goals.

Creative Direction and Asset Management:

  • Guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

Team Management and Leadership:

  • Hire, train, and manage a growing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Establish budget guidelines and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.

Strategic Communication:

  • Present marketing ideas and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals and budgets.


Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the B2B sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and experience in leveraging data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant marketing technologies is a plus.
  • Paid advertising experience is plus
