Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst will be both a tactical and strategic thought and process leader for Lakeview Farms. The Analyst will contribute to improving the processes and tools utilized by Customer Service, Sales, and Sales Operations.The Analyst will work closely with Customers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance in pursuit of optimizing Sales Operations. The Analyst will assist internal and external stakeholders in gathering key data elements of their assigned responsibility to make more informed decisions. The Analyst will help drive awareness, enablement, growth, and profitability of customer and partner engagements.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise and proactive analysis for process design, documentation, revision, implementation, and improvements for evolving Customer Service and Sales Support organizations.
  • Provide strong support and collaboration with leadership around analysis, reporting, and planning.
  • Translate business questions into reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Participate in designing end-to-end solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver creative solutions to complex business and technical problems.
  • Lead issue discovery efforts, perform thorough root cause analysis, and devise resolution for complex problems.
  • Support the sales forecasting process with data, customer and market insights, and other relevant information.
  • Own and deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, data and requirement gathering, dashboard development, report distribution, and successful closure and completion.
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Director and VP to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies to support internal team, Sales Team, and Customers.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and improve end-to-end operations.
  • Respond to concerns and/or questions from sales team and assist with resolution.
  • Other administrative duties include answering calls, emails, and messages from internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of experience related work experience
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements to gathering, creating, and deploying analytical solutions to end users
  • Highly collaborative and supportive, ready and willing to work with direct and indirect team members to succeed
  • Proficient in other MS Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, time management and follow-through skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and competing projects
  • Focused and highly attentive to details
  • Must be able to function with interruptions and deadlines.
  • Able to professionally and efficiently interact with customers, brokers, consultants, and co-workers
