Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly driven and sales-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive and ambitious individual who thrives in a sales environment and excels in cultivating strategic client relationships. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, conducting market research, and developing tailored solutions for our clients. This person will primarily focus on calling and working the Austin territory. If you have a passion for strategic consulting and building long-term client partnerships, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business prospects and generate leads to drive consulting opportunities.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, delivering tailored solutions that support their business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance throughout the consulting process, from initial client meetings to project delivery.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on understanding their unique needs and delivering impactful solutions.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Contribute to the development of consulting proposals, crafting strategic recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Engage in negotiations regarding consulting agreements and terms of engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Some familiarity with the consulting process preferred.
- Experience with client relationship management and strategic consulting is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve objectives and exceed expectations.
- Adaptability and coachability, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments and think creatively to solve problems.
