Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with hospital leadership, medical staff, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and support
- Patient Referrals: Proactively identify and develop referral sources within the hospital and community to drive patient volume
- Clinical Expertise: Leverage clinical knowledge to provide expert guidance and support to the healthcare team
- Operational Integration: Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless integration of the new service line into existing workflows and systems
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of the service line and identify areas for improvement
- Strategic Development: Work closely with Client Success to execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the new service line, aligning with the hospital's overall objectives
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the MyLaurel team to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field required; Master's degree preferred
- Current and unrestricted RN, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Associate license
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting
- Proven track record of success in developing and launching new healthcare services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
