- Salary: $45k - $55k
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Corporate Marketing team with a wide variety of projects, on both a marketing and administrative level. Projects include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and scheduling content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Developing content for the bi-weekly intranet email and corresponding web pages
- Branding PowerPoint presentations for client meetings
- Facilitating logistics for tradeshows and internal company events
- Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns
- Ordering and distributing promotional items
- Writing, editing, and proofreading various forms of content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns
This individual can expect to work independently, and in a team, to learn how to apply creative concepts in a corporate setting, while gaining marketing and administrative skills. Must be a self-starter and proactive, as the Corporate Marketing team is highly efficient and works quickly, both independently and collaboratively. The Marketing Coordinator will experience a company that values quality work, a customer-service mindset, and problem-solving skills in an environment that promotes professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications
- Working knowledge of social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under short deadlines
- Self-starter, proactive, and motivated
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Experience in copywriting is a plus
Technical Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Adobe programs is a plus
- Experience using Canva is a plus
- Experience using marketing software such as Hubspot is a plus
- Experience using email marketing software such as MailChimp is a plus
- Experience using automation tools is a plus
- Mac proficient
