Main Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan, and implement the overall brand strategy. 
  • Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Manage the content that the brand posts on social media channels
  • Develop strategies that drive customers to the website, amazon, and other social sales channels. 
  • Create paid media campaigns on social media platforms, Google, and Youtube
  • Create email campaigns to target key customers utilizing segmentation
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging through platforms and influencers
  • Measure and report on ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis 
  • Build and execute the marketing plan
  • Manage Creative Vendors (photographers and videographers) 
  • Anticipate sales performance trends 
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement



Job Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Marketing Director for an e-commerce lifestyle brand
  • 5-10+ years of experience in developing a brand and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, Shopify, META, TikTok, Google, Klaviyo 
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Drive Products 
  • Proficient in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe 
  • Knowledge of web design procedures, specifically Shopify 
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Self-Starter that is willing to take on projects as needed without direct supervision 
  • Good time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field
