We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Role Summary: The Sr. Finance Operations Analyst will provide finance and business partner leadership to the Water Solutions & Services (WSS) manufacturing and Finance teams. This role will provide FP&A and manufacturing support for our ~$2b+ revenue segment and will assist with completing grounded Budget and Forecast submissions, business performance assessments, accurate make vs buy modeling, financial controls, compliance, and timely and accurate financial reporting, consistent with USGAAP and local reporting requirements. In addition, the position holder will provide support in identifying and implementing operational improvement opportunities and reporting analytics.Schedule: Hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, with about 10% regional travel to operating sites.Core Responsibilities:Strong operational and FP&A Finance reporting actual, budget, forecast, variance analysisStrong understanding of KPIs and measuring manufacturing strategy performanceCompile Monthly Operating Reviews for Manufacturing leadershipStrong analytical mindset, provide support for manufacturing strategy in our WSS segmentInstill a continuous improvement mind set and culture of metrics-driven decision makingProductivity: support / validate productivity savings with/from procurement and continuous improvement departmentsWork cross functionally and assist with understanding and building SIOP processQualifications:Bachelor's degree with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Operations, or similar discipline; or equivalent experience is required. Masters of Accounting, or MBA, preferred+3 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or relevant fieldFinancial analysis experience in operational contexts (e.g., efficiency, footprint optimization, etc.)A proven track record of KPI management, cross functional support, cost control, and operational productivityExperience in presenting to management in a results-oriented cultureEffectively working in a matrixed environmentExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for manufacturing finance and cost accountingChange management and continuous improvement mindsetcomfortable driving process efficiencies and adopting new toolsExperience in a large, multi-site manufacturing environment preferredThe estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
