Senior Lead Finance Analyst Key Merchant ServicesAs a Senior Lead Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for helping drive the financial performance of the bank's Enterprise Payments function. This role provides critical financial and strategic support of Key's Merchant Service product offering. This analyst will be responsible for support of forecasting and strategic planning process, management reporting, and business unit financial analysis. Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment with ability to provide solutions and analysis with limited direction at times.Essential Job Functions:Owns the short and long term forecasting process and provides context to Line of Business Finance partners across Middle Market, Real Estate, Institutional and ConsumerDevelops or enhances existing driver based forecast models using product and client data to predict financial performance Merchant Services feesProvides monthly/quarterly reporting analyzing financial results and performance to targets and progress to strategic initiativesPresents to senior Leadership on a quarterly or monthly basis with a focus on translating business driver trends to forward looking risks and opportunitiesComplete required external and regulatory reports as neededIdentify opportunities to improve internal team processesProvide research on miscellaneous items and complete ad hoc analysis as necessaryDevelop strong working relationships with business unit Leadership, peers, and partnersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field)5+ years of experience in Finance, Product Management or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)Experience working with large complex data sets with emphasis on synthesizing patternsOrganized self-starter with a bias for action and ownership attitudeStrong financial acumenDetail oriented with the ability to thoroughly analyze and problem solve with limited directionStrategic mindset with the ability to connect data to financial outcomesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish solid working relationships across teams and experience levelsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven team player, willing to assist others as needed to ensure that group deadlines are met, and quality standards are achievedAbility to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyPreferred Skills:Experience with data visualization applications (Tableau) preferredExperience with financial management software applications (Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Essbase) preferredExperience with SQL and Google Big Query preferredCommercial Banking experience with exposure to Payment productsCompensation and Benefits:Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance. This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
