Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP IT Director to lead the development, implementation, and support of SAP solutions for our client in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP, proven leadership experience, and a background in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and support of SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement business process improvements within the SAP environment.
- Manage a team of SAP professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources related to SAP projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to improve existing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP implementation and support, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and challenges.
- Solid understanding of SAP modules, including finance, procurement, and human resources, as well as experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
