Position Summary
The industry leading performance sock brand Feeturesis seeking a highly-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team and fill the critical role of Inbound/Outbound and Purchasing Coordinator
As a company committed to engineering socks that help people achieve their personal best, you will work closely with multiple teams across the company. You will handle outbound and inbound shipments and receipts as well as purchasing items for the Company.

Your Job and the necessary skills to succeed:
- Coordinate all receipts and LTL and International shipments with Logistics Lead and WH Coordinator. Ensuring accuracy, correct documentation and timely.
- Own processes that include the selection of LTL carriers, preparation of Bill of Ladings, schedule LTL shipments for large B2B customers, and coordinate all LTL pick-ups.
- Manage USPS/UPS/FedEx deliveries including PO receipts.
- Coordinate with Logistics Lead on all inbound shipment schedules, sort sheets and manage PO receipts.
- Maintain familiarity with various services, rates and procedures of Fed-Ex, UPS, the USPS and other commonly used shipping companies.
- Own purchase process for shipping/office/marketing/sales and other departments as identified by the management team as needed to ensure timely delivery and in the most cost-effective way.
- Own receiving shipments, inspecting contents and verifying orders.
- Track stock levels, update records, identify and resolve shipping-related problems or discrepancies.
- Communicate with the Leadership team regarding business needs to secure resources needed to satisfy client demands and ensure delivery and/or implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments as required.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of purchasing and receiving experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and general computer & technology literacy.
- Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems.
- Attention to detail in planning, organizing, and execution of tasks.
- Ability to meet and adhere to deadlines.
- A willingness to be adaptable and cross-trained.
- Strong problem- solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and filing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and build trust across the Organization.
- Forklift experience is a plus experience.

Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day-one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role. After working at Feetures for 5 years, your PTO days will increase to 25 days. These days can be used for vacations, appointments, and sick days.
Additionally, Feetures offers 10 company paid holidays along with 1 floating holiday to be used at your discretion.
