Auto Parts Coordinator

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a skilled Auto Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to our repair shops.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify the accuracy and quality of parts received in a timely manner as per the production schedule and vehicle needs.
- Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
- Work with vendors to order and receive all parts as indicated on the repair orders.
- Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule.
- Enter all parts invoices into the recommended Management Information System (MIS).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
- Customer Service Oriented and strong organizational ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks.
- I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).
- Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans.
