Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute advertising campaigns for our digital marketing clients on multiple platforms, including Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Assist Digital Marketing Strategists in implementing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
  • Manage budgets across multiple platforms to ensure cost-effective ad spend.
  • Measure and report the performance of all advertising campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends/insights to optimize spend and campaign performance based on the data.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the execution of ad campaigns.
  • Ensure all ad campaigns comply with platform policies and industry best practices.
  • Create and manage audience targeting strategies to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through B2B lead generation advertising with team and internal resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create ads, landing pages, creatives, copy and other assets to optimize conversions.


Experience Requirements:

  • Ideally, at least 1-2 years digital marketing agency experience. B2B experience a plus.
  • Strong tactical skills setting up campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Experience optimizing and managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strategic skills; be able to think independently and diagnose performance problems.
  • Ability to work in our Brentwood, TN office space.



Skills

  • Proficiency in using PPC management platforms (e.g., Optmyzr, or similar) to manage and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Strong internal communication skills
  • Ability to document campaign optimizations and provide notes on qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Take extreme ownership of the role and work proactively and independently.
