The Company:


Astoriom is a UK headquartered controlled environmental storage solution company which has recently divested from Source Bio Science following PE investment. They are focused on the healthcare and life sciences sectors with a strong customer base in the UK, Ireland, and the USA. The company is looking to double its revenue over the next 5 years across all 3 global sites. Astoriom is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to grow its client base in the USA.


The role:


This role involves significant client engagement and relationship management within your specified territory. The role is to sell the listed services and products to existing clients whilst sourcing new clients within the specified territory to meet targets. Expectations are for the post holder to drive the sales of the Astoriom portfolio of services and products in the United States to meet the company’s expected growth plan.

  • exceed agreed targets for outsourced stability services for the US site
  • and develop new clients to the business.
  • the current stability storage clients with a view of increasing revenues to exceed targets.
  • the GMP & cGMP environments to meet client requirements at all times.
  • Achieve high rate of successful conversion and closure of all sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a list of contacts within the associated industries where Astoriom products and services can be sold in to.


The Person:


  • sales experience within the life sciences/healthcare industry.
  • mindset with an ability to work on your own.
  • least 5 years sales or business development experience
