Position: Organizational Change Management / Communications Coordinator - Information Technology

Pay Rate: $35 - $40/hr.

Location: Hybrid 3 days a week onsite in Franklin, WI

Duration: 1 year +

Role: Projects will focus on technology roll outs, you will support process change, people change and shift in culture. To work through any planned change to identify, analyze, and determine who is impacted and how, identify future state vs current to understand gaps, and then build plan to help people move into the desired future state. You will work through initiation of plans and through sustainment.


Required Experience:

  1. Change Management Experience for a large corporate environment- need to understand that process and what that means.
  2. Self-Driven - wont stall out when they get stuck.
  3. Move and navigate through some of the ambiguity and the gray. Focus on what we do know, leave place holders to and gaps, still move forward.


Possible Projects You'd Support:

  • Generative AI - using in call centers, proof of concept complete and has moved through pilot. Will be rolling it out and these resources will support this.
  • 'Lighthouse program' is rolling through different teams in client advocacy which include launch of new routines, new way of working, new data and metrics to improve quality. New structure and ways of working.
  • Enhancements in Tech - more self-service tools for field and clients.
  • Voice recognition - IVR Pathways and authentication.
