CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS:

Intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) Program – Peabody Area

The IHBTC is an intensive collaborative wrap around team focusing on stabilization of youth in their homes to either prevent needing a higher level of care, or to support a family as they are integrating back into the home/community. The team consists of Clinicians, Outreach Counselors, Occupational Therapists, and Peer Support.

Specialty Flex Program – Marlborough Area

Specialty Flex utilizes an innovative model combining more traditional mental health treatment with the Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support youth and their families in the home and community. The team consists of Clinicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s), Therapeutic Support Specialists, Occupational Therapists, and Peer Support

Brief Treatment – Burlington Area

Brief Treatment began as an Emergency Department (ED) Diversion pilot program aimed at reducing the need for inpatient hospitalizations or higher levels of care. Referrals come exclusively from the ED. The team consists of Clinicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s), and Therapeutic Support Specialists.

Intensive Community Wrap-Around Services (ICWA) – Burlington Area

ICWA is an exciting new team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians, Therapeutic Support Specialists (TSS), and Employment Specialists

Licensed Outpatient – Fee-For-Services

Provides individual or family therapy in an office setting to address emotional or behavioral needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment and safety plans, maintaining contact with collateral providers, attending meetings in the community at the person’s or family’s request, and complying with all documentation requirements.


ADULT PROGRAMS:

Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Program - Burlington Area

Person-centered and comprehensive service that provides clinical interventions to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize stabilization and self-management.

Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) - Burlington Area

Provides recovery-oriented clinical treatment services as part of a team. This clinical role will also perform indirect services to persons served such as benefits counseling, assisting with applications for entitlements , and teach money-management skills and assist in accessing financial services.

Intensive Community Wrap-Around Services (ICWA) - Burlington Area

ICWA is an exciting new treatment team serving individuals ages 18-30 who are diagnosed with ASD and Serious Mental Illness. The team consists of Mental Health Clinicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Coaches, and Peer Support.
