We are seeking a professional and skilled PRE-LITIGATION ATTORNEY to join our growing team. You will work with cutting-edge technology to deliver superior customer service. This role will require a hands-on approach to managing personal injury cases and will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working with an exceptional team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include –

  • Manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury cases
  • Investigation of coverage, develop theories of liability and damage models
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

to resolve cases efficiently for the highest possible settlement

  • Negotiation and settlement of personal injury claims
  • Analyze medical records and bills for utilization in case development
  • Supervise legal support staff and provide detailed direction on cases
  • Perform cost and benefit analysis of settlement versus litigation
  • Keep clients updated as to the status of their case

Your Qualifications & Skills –

  • Licensed Texas Attorney
  • Aggressive, competitive negotiator ready to be an advocate for your clients
  • Ability to support and interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers and paralegals in a professional manner
  • Familiarity with Texas insurance laws
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of pre-litigation process
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required
